Important Notice

ViberNet wishes to clearly inform all customers, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies regarding our operational status and licensing structure.

1. Not a Licensed ISP

ViberNet is not a licensed Internet Service Provider (ISP) under the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India.

  • We do not hold an ISP Category A, B, or C license independently.
  • We do not own public IP pools or upstream bandwidth allocations in our own name.

2. Authorized Channel Partner

ViberNet operates strictly as an Authorized Channel Partner of MultiFi Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd., which is a duly licensed Internet Service Provider compliant with DoT regulations.

All internet services, bandwidth provisioning, and IP resources utilized by our subscribers are legally provided under the ISP license of MultiFi Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

3. Scope of Our Role

At ViberNet, our operational scope is limited to last-mile infrastructure and customer service. Specifically:

  • Customer Acquisition: Marketing and onboarding new subscribers.
  • Infrastructure: Installation of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and optical fiber drops.
  • Maintenance: Routine network upkeep, line repairs, and field-level support.
  • Support: acting as the first point of contact for billing and technical queries.

We do not independently operate the core internet service. We enable physical access to the licensed ISP’s network.

4. Customer Relationship & Liability

For legal and regulatory purposes:

  • All subscribers connected via ViberNet infrastructure are legally customers of MultiFi Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • Payments collected by ViberNet are collected on behalf of the licensed ISP.
  • Service Compliance: Obligations regarding data retention, lawful interception, and quality of service remain the responsibility of MultiFi Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • Limited Liability: ViberNet is not responsible for statutory ISP compliance obligations. Our liability is limited to installation quality and physical network uptime.
