ViberNet ("we", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our subscribers. This policy details what information we collect, how we store it, and your rights regarding that data. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to physically connect your home and legally operate under the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) regulations.

  • KYC Documents: Aadhaar/Voter ID (Required by Law).
  • Contact Information: Name, Phone Number, Email, and Installation Address.
  • Usage Logs: IP Assignment logs and session timestamps (Mandatory retention for 12 months as per Indian Law).

3. How We Use Your Data

Service Provision

To configure your ONU, route your traffic, and resolve technical support tickets.

Billing & Alerts

To send invoices, payment reminders, and scheduled maintenance alerts via SMS/Email.

4. No-Tracking Promise

Unlike many budget ISPs, ViberNet does not inject ads into your browsing session. We do not sell DNS query data to third parties. We treat your pipe as a utility—neutral and private.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your KYC and Billing data for as long as you are an active customer. If you terminate service, we retain the data for the duration mandated by local regulations (typically 2 years) before securely archiving it.
