7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ViberNet speeds or stability within the first 7 days of activation, we will issue a full refund of your plan rental. No questions asked.

1. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To initiate cancellation, please raise a ticket via the Support Portal or email support@vibernet.in with your Customer ID.

Cancellation requests are processed within 48 hours. Service will remain active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle unless immediate disconnection is requested.

2. Refund Eligibility

3. Security Deposit

Any security deposit collected for the ONU/Router will be refunded within 7 business days after the device is returned to our field engineer.

The device must be in working condition. Damages to the device (physical breakage, water damage, burnt ports) will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer) within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
