Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

1. The Agreement

This Subscriber Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which ViberNet ("ISP") agrees to provide internet services to the subscriber ("Customer"). By signing the Customer Application Form (CAF) or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Provisioning

  • Speed: The speeds mentioned in plans are "up to" speeds via a wired LAN connection to the ONU. Wi-Fi speeds may vary due to interference, distance, and device capabilities.
  • Feasibility: Service provision is subject to technical feasibility. ViberNet reserves the right to reject an application if the location is technically non-feasible.
  • Downtime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for downtime caused by Force Majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest, grid failure).

3. Billing & Payments

Note: All plans are prepaid. Service is automatically suspended if payment is not received by the renewal date.

Invoices are generated 7 days prior to the due date. Payments made after the due date may attract a reconnection fee of ₹100. Any taxes/levies imposed by the Government of India will be charged extra as applicable.

4. Equipment Ownership

The Optical Network Unit (ONU/Router) provided at the time of installation remains the property of ViberNet, unless purchased outright by the customer.

Upon termination of service, the customer must return the equipment in working condition. Failure to return the device will result in a penalty of ₹2,500.

5. Fair Usage & Conduct

The service must not be used for any illegal activities as defined by Indian Law. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, hacking, or distribution of pirated material. ViberNet reserves the right to terminate connections immediately if such activity is detected.

6. Termination & Refunds

Customers may terminate the service by giving 7 days' written notice. Prepaid amounts for the current month are non-refundable. Security deposits (if any) will be refunded within 30 days of equipment return.
